It was my first rental from them. Alamo closed too early for us. They were open till nine at the Strasburg train station France. Piece of cake picked our options for the van. We wanted an automatic and we got an automatic. It worked perfectly for us. We drove on the Tank. We didn’t use the whole tank throughout driving from Stroudsburg south to Colmar and all around the city the van was nice great condition. We returned it with no issue. The guy was waiting for us on the sixth floor of the garage is a chore to get the van in and out of there. It’s very tight so it’ll be very careful. Because you have to pick up your car at the garage down the street and then to get back into the garage you have to work your way around the Strasburg train station and that is a a lot of work to figure it out. Would rent from them again.

Rented here before, great experience. When Alamo lost our reservation, we tried Sixt. Unfortunately the only cars they had were well out of out budget. The man working was helpful though, and pointed us in the direction of other places to try.

Spent Thanksgiving in Strausborg and needed to rent a car for a two day excursion. I reserved my car on the app. Pick up and use was seemless. I am English speaking and all instructions to include a Sunday return were very clear. Price was very fair. Would recommend use of the Avis branch.

They over charge me almost twice the amount the contract says. I try to contact them several times and every time they have a different reason. Until today I never understood the real reason NEVER WILL RENT FROM SIXT AGAIN

I return a car on Sunday during Easter holiday. The outlet is close and just have instruction to park the car on nearby garage. But the garage maximum height is 1.9M , my car is 2M. And I cannot park there I have no choice just to park in front of there outlet and dropped the key. 1day later I try to contact the branch but still no one there
