Hired an EV which was nice. Return policies lack clarity. The car was provided with 100% charge, so we tried to return the car with 100% but there are no charge points within a 5min radius making that impossible. The charging maps indicate a few but all seem to be on private land. We booked to return at 2pm, but it was the office lunch meaning we had to “return out of hours”, again instructions abit unclear - “don’t park in front of shops” “park in front of station exit” the only available parking (and where we collected the car) is opposite the station exit and in front of shops? Just all made drop off more complex and stressful than felt necessary

Absolute joke! We have been traveling 12 hours with kids , car pick up at 330 and no one there and they are taking a “break”. It’s 34 degrees. So making us wait outside in the heat with an 8/10 year old when they knew we were coming and not answering the phone number they gave on the door.

The location is fantastic. I was there 6 years ago when there was two people serving. Both had a good command of the English language. This time there was only one person and their English was not good enough for complete customer service. The car is going fine.
