Great car hire experience facilitated by an exceptional member of staff, Karin. The hire, extension and eventual return of the vehicle was a very easy and straightforward process. The vehicle was clean and tidy. We can highly recommend this branch of Europcar and will happily use them again should the need arise.

The pick-up was flawless. Carine at Europcar Limoges was very helpful, explained everything about the rental process, payment procedure, was very nice and kind. My French is far from perfect so we spoke English which I appreciate so very much! You can choose within 3 insurance options, 1 of them is 0 franchise & covers everything which gives the driver an exceptional peace of mind for the good price. The car I rented (Renault Arkana) was new, in great condition and very comfortable for the long trip with plenty of baggage on board. The 1 thing is that if you need to manage your rent after you've already picked up your car (change the drop-off date or add some services) you'd better go to the nearest Europcar office to sort it out. It was my case and it's easy. Do not add road assistance to your booking in France if you don't know French. You will struggle to go through the menu. The rental rules are very clear, there's no hidden fees. And there's 29 mins grace period added to your drop-off time. I highly recommend Europcar France. Great place to rent a car ! You can get there from the train station by bus and then a short walk. The lady at the location is helpful and funny, she took care of us and made car rental process smooth and enjoyable !

Very friendly, lovely little car and exceptional customer service. I hired a car whilst mine was in being repaired nearby. When the repair wasn't completed on time, it was so easy to add a second day to my booking at a very fair price. I will definitely use again.

Good rental service. Location accessible using bus 10 or 20 from Gare Benedictins. They offered to call a taxi for me on my return.

I hired a van in February. Although the booking was accepted online, the van was unavailable for the final day. The lovely lady in the office was apologetic and helpful.
