Avoid at at all cost!!! EVITEZ A tout prix! I have booked a car for a trip from Frejus to Marseille. The booking was confirmed through Entreprise app. When I went to pick up the car, the guy told we don't have any car available for you. He also said we don't know how you were able to book the car. I asked for assistance as I desperately needed to travel to Marseille to pick up my daughter and wife but in vain. He then suggested that I go to the next door rental company Europcar to see if I can get a car from them. I was able to book a car through Europe car for 200 Euro for a day trip!!! This branch is far from being professional. I contacted the head office and they said they will investigate the matter. Avoid this branch!

I wouldnt even want to give them 1 star! Terrible customer service from Zac. Totally clueless employees and very disorganised! The staff really dont care about the customers. Had a car hire booked for 9am. Got a call at 8am asking me to come at 11am when i arrived the rude staff member just said no car wont be ready until 12.30pm!! And i had to wait. I was 5 days from giving birth and you could clearly see i was heavily pregnant but no apology or anything in fact i was left at the desk 10 minutes although no other customers. After complaining they gave us a car of a lower category which i took as i didnt want to sit anymore there. After two days we called back and spoke to the same rude employee. I explained we were entitled to a higher category and did they have one available. I was told to come the next day at 4.30pm. When i arrived he was not there and his colleague told me there was no cars available!! Eventually after a lot of complaining the delivered us a car to our house the next day. The car was horrible, not cleaned and big dents and parts falling off. We were fed up and just accept it. However when returning the car i was met by zac the rude employee who checked me out and then told me he wanted to charge me 50€ as the car was dirty. Apparently you are now suppose to vacum cars before handing back although the car was not that dirty, i had taken what rubbish was in there and put in there bin. After complaining again to the manager she said she wouldn’t charge us but seriously 50€ for a quick vacum absolute joke!! The next day i check my credit card and they actually have charged me 150€!! I have no idea what. I even gave the car back with more petrol as the handed it over with less then 1/4 a tank. Ive tried calling them but they dont answer. I will dispute the charge with my cc company but would definitely not recommend this car rental. Not that the staff actually care. Just really really poor service by staff that think they are entitled. **** i am still waiting for my reimbursement more the 11 weeks after they falsely and fraudulently charged me!!!! Disgusting people, disgusting company. I will never ever use enterprise again. They are full of lies, once your rental is over they keep you on hold without asking how they can help for over 30 mins and then hang up. They promised they would get back to me in 2 days regarding a minor scratch on teh car charged me £1,500 and wont respond to calls all I am asking is for a final bill so I can send it to my insurance company within the timeframe. - but they intentionally want to spite you. it makes no sence why a company and staff would behave this way.

Bad experience. Not to be trusted. We were there on a saturday and asked for a small car to rent that next tuesday to thursday. No problem, there was a car available. We gave all the details they asked for. Got our reservation printed out with all the details and they also sent us a confirmation-email. Tuesday we went back at the agreed time. "Oh yes, there's a little problem, there's no car available, we only have one big van left, sorry". With the plans we had, that was not an option, so our plans went down the drain. That we had our reservation gave us no guarantees apparently and a simple sorry was in their opinion more than enough as an explanation clearly. They really couldnt' care less..

We ordered a car. Got the mail with reservation number and reservation confirmation. When we arrived Enterprise Frejus the personal just said: "we do not have a car for you. Sorry. We may have a car for you in this weekend". This was on a Monday! They blamed it on a mistake made by some personal centrally. Furthermore, they say that we have to call local enterprise companies ourselves. e.g. Cannes. They were not interested in helping us find available car in their own company (!) I have never experienced such bad service. Edit: the respons I got from Enterprise says it all. The customer service is still bad. Ironically they say "... it is never our intention to inconvenience a customer and make every effort to accommodate their needs." And the first thing they do is to ask me to send information that they already have. I will call that inconvenience. They have all the information they ask for. Still they want me to do the work for them?! Enterprise: 1. use your own datasystem/bookingsystem. 2. Search for my name in your own datasystem/bookingsystem (hint: my full name is in this review) 3. I do not know how your system works, but I guess it is possible to relay the information given by me in this review? With other words; copy - paste? This is incredible. It is written "Amateurs" all over.
