Dropped the car off here from Reims location. The staff working are very polite and helpful. However, upon checking the car, it was noticed the puncture repair kit was not there. They said because the Reims staff did not identify it, we had to pay to replace. We did not take it out and had no reason to as we never had a flat tire. After trying to explain it’s not our fault that the staff before didn’t write down it was already not there and after a bit of a back and forth, it was decided they would rescind paying for the kit. I’ve read that this may be something that the company tries to do so beware and take a picture of inside the car, including underneath the trunk floor. We had a rock hit our windshield on the way to drop it off (perfect timing). An incident report was created and a 1700 euro fee was taken. That is standard. I know from experience that windshield replacements do not cost that much and they have indicated we will get the difference back one the work order had been created. I will report back once we have gone through the process on how difficult it was the navigate. Hoping for a fair resolution.

Very polite and helpful staff. The car was new, low consumption, and in excellent condition. Price more than fair for a tour inside the France borders. Overall, they provided a great experience, and it is the best vfm choice, in my opinion.

Reserved a car with a month in advance and one day before picking the car, they informed me that they don't have any car available for me. After 2 days, I was able to make a new online rental and when I checked at their office, the lady there informed me that they can not confirm our reservation because they have over 40 rentals and not enough cars. Something is wrong there if they are renting same car 2-3 times.
