There are no personnel on site here and you don't get informed of this in advance. They called me but did not follow up with email (I prefer not to take phone calls to avoid scams). If you have issues, good luck getting in touch on the weekend. It's easier to rent from the airport IMO, there you can speak with someone face to face. I found it hard to communicate with the agents over the phone because my French is average. Two stars because the staff were very helpful when I met them at the airport. They charged me less because I picked up the car a day late, and I enjoyed driving the car too.

terrible experience. no live person, no counter. no receipt provided. no one to verify my proper return. overcharged after collecting my credit card by phone in french. no response for days about this. last minute i was told that i would need to pay a $2700 deposit. no reply (ever-I called and messaged every day) when i asked to have it returned after the rental. took 10 days after rental ended for this to be refunded to my card. I spend hours of my vacation on this terrible service problem.

Good service, booked via phone as unable to do it online. Very helpful staff however the charges were not explained. Was told the deposit would be €300 for petrol. When I picked up the car at the airport it was in fact €1,500.

THIS IS ONLY A KEY DROP OFF LOCATION. Had a bit of a nightmare with this as I rented a car from RDZ airport with the intention to leave it back to this agency. Upon arriving to drop it off, there is no Avis desk and zero signs suggesting Avis have a presence here. Train station ticket desk was closed so no one to ask for help. Phone number for AVIS kept ringing out so they were no help either. Turns out there is a letterbox that you can only return keys to, but to find it you need to go to the tracks, turn right and walk down the platform until you see it and a sixt box. There is also no designated Avis car spaces so you just have to leave the car in a random spot according to the one person I eventually talked to. How hard is it to add this information to the booking, Google maps or even tell me when I’m picking up the car! The Delay in figuring this out means I missed the bus I was going to get and I’m now sat in a bar with a pint to wait the 3 hours until the next bus comes… silver linings I guess!

BEWARE:A do NOT have an office at Rodez station. I have to collect car from Ibis budget hotel, 15 mins walk from station. I booked from 6am and hotel reception opens at 6:30am.

Je loue une voiture toutes les semaines depuis plus d'un an pour des raisons professionnelles ! Le service est vraiment bien, seul bémol des difficultées à réserver via le site , en revanche un mail et Hop! la voiture est réservée lorsqu'on a un compte avis!
